From concept to completion
This project showcased our expertise in large-scale exhibition carpet installation. The client required a complete flooring solution for their annual trade show, covering over 5,000 square meters.
The Challenge:
Working within a tight 48-hour installation window, we needed to coordinate with multiple exhibitors and venue management. The carpet had to be fire-certified, meet strict safety standards, and present a flawless appearance for thousands of visitors.
Our Solution:
We assembled a dedicated team of 15 experienced fitters, working in carefully coordinated shifts. Pre-planning and precision measurement ensured seamless installation across all exhibition halls. Our premium exhibition carpet in custom colors created distinct zones while maintaining visual cohesion.
The Result:
Installation completed on schedule with zero disruption to other preparations. The carpet provided a professional foundation for exhibitor stands and created excellent acoustics in the space. Post-event removal was equally efficient, with the venue returned to its original condition within 24 hours.
